Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services provided by Bullet Laser Cutting.

Ownership of Goods:
All goods and products supplied by Bullet Laser Cutting remain the property of Bullet Laser Cutting until payment is made in full. Ownership and title of the goods will only transfer to the customer upon receipt of full payment.

Collection of Jobs:
Once the customer has been notified that their job is ready for pick-up via phone, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the goods in a timely manner. Bullet Laser Cutting does not have the provision to store jobs and cannot be held responsible for any goods left uncollected. We kindly request that customers collect their orders on the same or next day as notified.

Transport Arrangement:

The Customer has full control and discretion over transport. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with transport arrangements at this time. Please contact us for information on dimensions and collection times.



Limitation of Liability:
Bullet Laser Cutting will exercise reasonable care and skill in the provision of our services. However, once the customer has been notified to collect their job, Bullet Laser Cutting shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur to the goods.

Compliance with Laws:
Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the services provided by Bullet Laser Cutting.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and designs, relating to the goods and services provided by Bullet Laser Cutting, shall remain the property of Bullet Laser Cutting.

Amendments:

Bullet Laser Cutting reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms of Service on our website.

Governing Law:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bullet Laser Cutting operates.

By using the services provided by Bullet Laser Cutting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
